Other than keeping my belly happy, I also put together a daily workout and meditation routine to save money from fitness membership fees. Trust me, it wasn't easy - it took me years to discipline my body and mind. So, don't be discouraged if you are unable to workout alone in the beginning, I'm with you in this journey.
